PROvalet provides that interface: a browser-based management console for operators and a mobile-accessible portal for residents and users.
The platform is designed specifically for EPC's system portfolio. It does not require third-party parking management middleware — PROvalet connects directly to the mechanical control system, providing live status and full operational control from a single interface.

PROvalet integrates with Cron AI's 3D perception technology for vehicle detection and spatial monitoring within the automated parking structure. Cron AI's sensor platform provides three-dimensional spatial data — enabling the system to detect vehicle dimensions, confirm positioning, and identify anomalies that two-dimensional sensors cannot reliably capture.
Traditional automated parking systems use 2D sensors — light curtains, laser rangefinders, or loop detectors — to detect vehicle presence. These systems can miss overhanging objects, misread vehicle height, or fail to detect obstructions in three-dimensional space.
Cron AI's 3D sensor layer captures a full spatial model of each vehicle and storage bay. This improves system accuracy during entry measurement, reduces false-stop events, and enables more precise fault diagnostics when the system detects unexpected conditions inside the structure.
