AGV Robotic
Parking Systems

Elevated Parking Corporation delivers fully automated guided vehicle (AGV) parking systems for residential high-rises, mixed-use developments, and municipal projects across the United States. Drivers leave their vehicle in the entry bay — the robot handles everything else.

Fully Automated — No Driver Navigation Required

In an AGV robotic parking system, the driver pulls into a ground-level transfer bay and exits the vehicle. An automated guided vehicle (AGV) — a low-profile robotic platform — moves beneath the car, lifts it, and transports it to the optimal available storage position in the structure.

Retrieval reverses the process. The driver requests their vehicle via app, keypad, or attendant, and the system delivers it to the transfer bay — typically within 60 to 120 seconds. No human operates the structure once the driver exits the bay.

01

Drive In

Driver pulls into the ground-level entry bay. No ramps, no aisles, no columns to navigate.

02

Robot Stores

The AGV robot lifts and transports the vehicle to the optimal storage position, stacking vehicles with zero clearance.

03

On-Demand Retrieval

Driver requests vehicle via app or keypad. The system delivers it to the bay in approximately 90 seconds.

Where AGV Systems Deliver the Most Value

AGV robotic parking achieves the highest parking density available in the market. It is best suited for sites where land cost is high, footprint is constrained, and operational staffing cost is a long-term consideration.

Luxury residential high-rises with limited basement or podium footprint

Mixed-use urban developments where every square foot carries high value

Projects requiring 24/7 unstaffed operation

High-security or concierge parking requirements

Municipal and institutional facilities targeting long-term operating cost reduction

Developments requiring integrated EV charging at scale

Exclusive U.S. Partnership with Friendly Parking

EPC holds the exclusive U.S. distribution and service agreement for Friendly Parking (I-Scan Robotics), an Israeli automated parking manufacturer with 25+ years in industrial automation and over 16 completed international installations.

Friendly Parking's FPS robotic system uses a proven palletless AGV design. EPC manages all U.S. sales, project engineering, installation, and ongoing service — providing a single point of accountability from feasibility through lifetime maintenance.
